Hall, a Korean War veteran, lived in Rockport, Texas until his trailer was amaged by Hurricane Harvey. Since that time, he has been using a FEMA voucher to stay at the hotel, but the voucher ends next week, and he has no idea where he will move. A number of Rockport and Refugio residents have found temporary lodging as far as an hour away while they wait for their homes to either be repaired or condemned.
