Bottles of barbecue sauce are lined up for sale at The Shed Barbeque and Blues Joint, July 4, 2021, in Ocean Springs, Mississippi. Owners Brad Orrison and his sister, Brooke Orrison Lewis, opened the restaurant in August 2001 as a tiny, 300-square-foot, take-out shed. Within five years, it had turned into a sprawling, 10,000-square-foot food experience, smoking more than a ton and a half of meat per day.
