The Hernando de Soto Bridge, also called the M Bridge, is pictured with a tugboat, Ms. Lisa, Sept. 13, 2015, in Memphis, Tennessee. The through arch bridge opened in 1973 and carries Interstate 40 traffice between Memphis, Tennessee and West Memphis, Arkansas. It features 200 sodium vapor lights outlining the M-shaped arches.
