Customers eat at Dauphin Street restaurants near the Van Antwerp building, Sept. 10, 2021, in Mobile, Alabama. The Van Antwerp building was constructed in 1907 and was the first reinforced concrete skyscraper in Alabama. It is 120 feet tall and is an example of Beaux-Arts architecture.
