The Grand Biloxi Casino Hotel and Spa, owned by Harrah Entertainment, lights up the night sky in Biloxi, Mississippi April 13, 2010. The casino, formerly known as the Grand Casino Biloxi, was destroyed by Hurricane Katrina Aug. 29, 2005. It is one of eight casinos that have been rebuilt since the hurricane. Due to the proliferation of gambling, the Mississippi Gulf Coast is often called the "Poor Man's Riviera." Other casinos include Beau Rivage and Isle of Capri. (Carmen K. Sisson/Cloudybright)
