A decorative gate leads to the Myers House, which served as Mobile’s first telegraph station, July 10, 2022, in Mobile, Alabama. The brick structure was built in 1856 on Eslava Street for steamboat captain Abraham Myers. The structure was relocated and restored in 1964. It is part of the Church Street East Historic District.
